This is nothing to do with accessibility features.


No one can change your security information or answers to security questions for your AppleID but yourself, or anyone with access to your information, e-mail address or password.


To reset your security information, I would encourage you to contact Apple Support on 0844 209 0611 or create a scheduled call back; https://getsupport.apple.com
